Smeg launches new small appliance range – Yeah Baby!

Kim Duffin - Tuesday, April 08, 2014

One of the first events for Milan Design Week, Smeg announced that it will be complimenting their well known cooking appliances with a range of small appliances.

Dolce & Gabbana GOLD                                                             Smeg CE0  Vittorio Bertazzoni

The launch was held at Dolce and Gabbana’s Gold restaurant in Milan, with media, major retailers and high profile designers being treated to a closer look at what Smeg CEO Vittorio Bertazzoni refers to as “My Babies”.

Smeg will be one of the few manufactures that will be offering both large and small cooking appliances to the market.  The 1950’s inspired range includes two toasters, two kettles, a blender and a mixer. A coffee machine is also in the pipeline.

Design Director, Kim Duffin, favorite is the new Smeg Black Mixer A limited edition Smeg fab fridge has now been created.

All the appliances will be available in the vivid colours, similar to the range of Smeg FAB fridges. There’s baby blue, understated pink, bright red, traditional black and white, and a stainless steel so redolent that it acts as a mirror.

Although the FAB Fridge is not for everyone in the Australian market, these colourfull trendy editions to the Smeg range certainly are and will allow you to personal your space and bring in that spot of colour that can be lacking in the ever popular black and white kitchen.

First of all I want to say awesome blog! I hadd
a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
your thoughts prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting
my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing
however it just seems like the fiorst 10 to 15 minutes aree
wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.Any ideas oor tips?
Kudos!
