OUR THREE STEP KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DESIGN PROCESS

  •

1.INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is where you will get to meet with your designer either on site or in our design studio to get an idea of what you want to achieve. They will discuss with you your objectives for the project, budget estimates and your required specifications. Your kitchen or bathroom designer will show you a portfolio of designs that will give you an idea of what they envisage for your project and their skill and expertise they can bring to the table. We provide an honest assessment of the scale of the project, your budget and will advise the best way to tackle it. If you need an Building designer, architect or builder we can recommend one. But in most cases we can manage the design and construction for kitchen or bathroom renovation, shop or office fit outs projects.

2.CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

If you are happy with the direction your kitchen or bathroom designer would like to take your project then they will develop a conceptual sketch plan, a "mud map" of your proposed design for you to view.

3.FULL DESIGN

At this stage your kitchen or bathroom designer develops the sketch plan into detailed plans & elevations. The conceptual design is turned into a computerised drawing that will show you 3D Render of your new space.

If our full interior design service is selected, they will also complete colour, material, finish & fittings selections with you to fully demonstrate the look & feel as well as the practical requirements of your kitchen and bathroom project.

DESIGN FEES

Most clients are unsure of what to expect when it comes to kitchen or bathroom design fees.

Space Designs with overall measurements only starts from $1,980 per space.

The Design Fee applicable to your project will be quoted to you during your initial consultation.

Our fees are honestly and transparently calculated on the actual amount of work involved and based instead on the needs of each individual project.
